| Canadian Highlights In Canada Levi is handled by two wonderful friends - John Macdonald and Susan Shephard. However, I travel to every show with Levi and do all his grooming. In 2003 Levi was shown 28 times obtaining 21 Group placements including 8 Group 1st. and one Best In Show win. From my unofficial calculations I have him as the #6 Siberian in Canada in 2003. -2004, Aug. 28th: 2nd in Breeders Sweeps and 2nd in Working Dog Class at the Siberian Husky Club of Canada National Specialty. -2003, Oct. 11th: Group 1st Cobequid Dog Club, NS. Judge Ms. Barbara Innes. Group entry of 63 dogs. -2003, Aug. 9th: Group 1st Dartmouth Kennel Club, NS Judge Mr. Frederick Dewsbury. Group entry of 33 dogs. -2003, May 22nd: Group 1st Oromocto Kennel Club, NB Judge Mr. Archibald Warnock. Group entry of 36 dogs. -2003, May 21st: Group 1st Oromocto Kennel Club Show 2, NB Judge Mrs. Davida Brown. Group entry of 38 dogs. -2003, May 21st. Group 1st Oromocto Kennel Club, NB. Judge Mr. Bob-John Ellieff. Group entry of 36 dogs. -2003, May 4th. Group 1st Moncton Kennel Club, NS. Judge Ms. Barbara Innes. Group entry of 24 dogs. -2003, May 3rd: BIS Moncton Kennel Club, NS. Judge Ms. Barbara Innes. BIS entry of 177 dogs. -2003, May 3rd: Group 1st Moncton Kennel Club, NS. Judge Ms. Bertha Little. Group entry of 24 dogs. -2003, March 29th: Group 1st Cobequid Dog Club, NS. Judge Ms. Helen Furber. Group entry of 33 dogs. This win finished Levi's Canadian Championship. He finished in three weekends of showing and two Group placements. U.S. Highlights Levi finished his American Championship with back to back Best of Winners at the Lewiston-Auburn Kennel Club shows in Topsham, ME, in Sept 2004. In 2002 Levi was handled to his first 5 American points by Thomas L. Oelschlager. In 2003 I took him down for two weekends of shows in MA (once in May and once in Dec.). He was handled at these shows by his Canadian friend John Macdonald. At these shows he picked up 5 points including his first major. Finally in 2004 I took him to one weekend of shows in Topsham, ME where he picked up his second major the first day and finished his championship the second day. At these shows he was handled by his new American friend Tracy Brosque. -2004, Sept 26: BW for 2pts to finish US Championship Lewiston-Auburn Kennel Club, ME Judge: Mr. Kenneth Buxton. Class entry of 11 dogs and 6 bitches. Handled by Tracy Brosque. -2004, Sept 25: BW for 3pt major Lewiston-Auburn Kennel Club, ME Judge: Mrs. Donna Buxton. Class entry of 13 dogs and 6 bitches. Handled by Tracy Brosque -2003, June 1st: WD for 3pt major Framingham District Kennel Club, Inc, MA Judge Mr. Clay Coady. Class entry (dogs only) of 16 dogs. Handled by John Macdonald -2003, May 30th: 2nd in Open Class Yankee Siberian Husky Club Specialty, MA. Judge Mr. Thomas Hartel. Total Class entry (dogs only) of 38 dogs.
